		<description>I think the problem is that as soon as some people become debt free but the house, they feel they have permission to go crazy. The hardest part is staying debt free.

If I had no payments I may splurge also with money for about a month and then get back on track.

We are human therefore we spend! LOL</description>

		<description>I have found that I can make my spending money go even futher by getting large bills at the bank.  It&#039;s much tougher to break a $50 for a coke (or some other low $ item) than it is a $20.  Also, are you walking when you golf or riding?  Save the cart fee and get some exercise, then you&#039;ll have money for the golf balls you lose.</description>
